The fluoride tabs contain 1450ppm fluoride. Toothpastes containing 1,350 to 1,500ppm fluoride are the most effective. GLUTEN FREE.

We bought the refill as we already had a container. The refills came in a paper bag . The tablets are easy to use and taste very pepperminty . They are soft to bite and create a small paste. we have used with an electric and regular toothbrush and fine. Teeth feel very shiny for most of the day. Won’t be going back to toothpaste.

Took a couple of days to get used to (forgot it was toothpaste and almost swallowed after chewing, like a sweet!!) but definitely glad I bought these since toothpaste tubes are almost impossible to recycle. Less minty than conventional toothpaste but contains fluoride which is reassuring. No sensitivity from these either.
